Job summary

Join Talent is seeking an experienced recruitment leader for an onsite role in Derry or Letterkenny. The initial 3 months are a fixed-term contract with good scope to extend, focused on sourcing top talent and enhancing TA processes while upholding client and candidate experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, global hiring experience, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across client and internal teams, delivering rapid hiring scale.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a lead or senior recruitment role.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments with multinational hiring is a plus.
• Global hiring experience is critical.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates to match client needs.
• Post adverts using client brand guidelines and manage applications.
• Screen candidates and present shortlisted candidates.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate candidate journey end-to-end.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and Join Talent teams.
