Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with department heads to assess staffing needs and identify skills gaps.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies across job boards, networks and events.
• Manage job postings on platforms, maintain ATS, source candidates via outreach and referrals.
• Screen applications, coordinate interviews and assist hiring managers during selection.
• Evaluate candidates, provide recommendations, negotiate offers, ensure contract compliance.
