Macmillan Davies in London is seeking a hands-on GTM Recruiter to join as the second talent hire for a fast-growing Series A AI startup. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles, from mapping and outreach to closing offers, working directly with the founders and Head of Talent to shape hiring plans.

Based in London, you’ll be in the office five days a week, building pipelines ahead of need and turning business priorities into scalable recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM focus.
• Proven track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting GTM, commercial or wider business roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple GTM roles (e.g., Account Executives, Sales leadership).

Help build the team behind a fast-growing AI business.

A Series A AI startup is growing its team and is looking for a GTM Recruiter to join as its second talent hire.

This is a role for a hands-on recruiter who loves the hunt, finding exceptional people, engaging passive candidates and convincing the best talent to join a business with ambitious growth plans.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, starting with go-to-market hiring such as Account Executives, Solutions Engineers and sales leadership.
• Find and engage great people through market mapping, creative outreach and building pipeline ahead of need.
• Win candidates over by selling the opportunity, keeping momentum and handling competing offers.
• Build recruitment processes from scratch, shaping interviews, candidate experience and hiring systems that scale.
• Work directly with the Head of Talent and the founders, turning business priorities into hiring plans that work.

What they’re looking for:

• 3–10 years of full-cycle recruiting, with GTM experience gained in a startup or scaleup.
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting GTM, commercial or wider business roles.
• A commercially minded recruiter who can influence, sell and close.
• Someone comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities and building processes from the ground up.

The details:

• Base salary up to £115k plus equity.
• Based in London, in the office five days a week alongside the founders and the wider team.
