Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Поддерживать поиск кандидатов через доски вакансий, соцсети, рекомендации и сеть.
• Просматривать резюме и определять подходящих кандидатов по требованиям.
• Координировать расписание интервью между кандидатами, рекрутером и командами.
• Поддерживать актуальные записи кандидатов в ATS.
• Помогать в подготовке отчетов по найму, дашбордам и рыночной аналитике.
• Обеспечивать своевременное и профессиональное общение с кандидатами на всех этапах отбора.
• Сотрудничать с рекрутерами для обеспечения плавного кандидато-опыта.
• Поддерживать дополнительные проекты и улучшение процессов набора.

The Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) team powers TikTok’s revenue ecosystem. We build the advanced advertising technologies and platforms that enable brands and businesses to connect with audiences worldwide. Our scope spans backend targeting signals, ad measurement infrastructure, and creative tools for advertisers across Brand, SMB, and Performance channels. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working alongside experienced recruiters and business leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Задачи:

• Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Support additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3–6 months.
