Job summary

Red Bull Racing Formula One Team in Milton Keynes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a full-time basis for an initial 12-month FTC. This junior role focuses on essential administrative and coordination support across the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

You’ll grow into talent research, sourcing and screening while building the foundation for a future career in Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Energy, judgement and willingness to learn are valued over prior HR experience.
• Experience with recruitment or HR is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, diaries, rooms and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and up-to-date applicant tracking system.
• Research talent markets and help build candidate pipelines.
• Support offers, pre-boarding and handover to People Operations.
• Contribute to recruitment events and attraction campaigns.
