Job summary

Quantum Motion, a London-based quantum computing scale‑up, is looking for a People & Talent coordinator to support talent acquisition operations. You will manage scheduling, candidate experience, and job postings while upholding GDPR standards and data privacy.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative coordination role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern workplace tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to liaise with senior technical stakeholders.
• Keen eye for process improvement and scalable recruitment workflows.
• Solid working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume candidate screening calls and panel interviews.
• Act as primary point of contact for candidates through interview process and provide timely feedback.
• Draft, format, proofread and publish engaging job descriptions across ATS and careers pages.
• Support early careers initiatives including university outreach, internships, and graduate pipelines.
• Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System and identify workflow improvements.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
