Job summary

The AA is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead high-volume recruitment across multiple roles in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with hiring managers to prioritise campaigns, build candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

You will leverage data to monitor performance, drive improvements and maintain accurate records in the ATS. This role offers the chance to contribute to a renowned UK brand and its people strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Ability to juggle multiple vacancies and campaigns concurrently.
• Strong stakeholder management with practical recruitment advice.
• Experience building talent pipelines using innovative sourcing channels.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data to drive actions.
• Proficient in using an applicant tracking system and maintaining records.
• Strong organisation and communication with focus on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate campaigns across channels to attract diverse candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Use data to monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure accurate recruitment records in the ATS and reporting.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

• Experience managing high volume recruitment, ideally within an in house Talent Acquisition environment
• Confidence managing multiple vacancies, campaigns and priorities at pace
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide practical recruitment advice and challenge where needed
• Experience building candidate pipelines and using innovative attraction and sourcing channels
• Confidence using recruitment data to understand performance and identify where action is needed
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruitment records
• Strong organisation and communication skills, with a genuine focus on candidate experience
