Job summary

The AA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the high-volume recruitment for our Road team in Oldbury. This hybrid role covers end-to-end campaigns from brief to offer and onboarding, partnering with operational leaders to meet urgent hiring needs.

You will build candidate pipelines using innovative attraction channels and data-driven insights, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and accurate recruitment records in our ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment within an in-house Talent Acquisition environment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, campaigns and priorities at pace.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to give practical recruitment advice.
• Experience building candidate pipelines using attraction and sourcing channels.
• Confidence using recruitment data to assess performance and identify actions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of recruitment within our Road team, delivering end-to-end campaigns.
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns from brief through to offer and onboarding.
