The Role:
As part of a Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Centre of Excellence, The TA Associate & Scheduler will work closely to support our EMEA Talent Acquisition Partners with direct sourcing of Professional level candidates and Interview scheduling. You will support and work with numerous Dover owned Operating Companies (OpCo’s) based across the Region.
The role has two primary functions:
This is an exciting opportunity that would suit an ambitious, internationally mindful person, looking to gain further experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition function. The scope and responsibilities are aimed at a candidate who has some current sourcing and TA Administrative experience, circa 1-2 years gained in either a Agency/Search or Talent Acquisition function.
The role is currently listed a 6 month Contract position that could potentially develop into a permanent opening as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2026.
