Job summary

Apprentify in London is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Executive (Entry-Level) to join our internal recruitment team. You will identify candidates, build talent pools, and support hiring managers across healthcare, marketing, editorial and corporate roles.

You'll use LinkedIn Recruiter, manage outreach, coordinate interviews and maintain ATS records, with hands-on training and mentoring to help you develop into a recruitment specialist in a growing international business.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networking.
• Building relationships with professionals across industries and disciplines.
• Creating talent pipelines for current vacancies and future hiring needs.
• Researching competitor businesses and mapping talent markets.
• Writing personalised outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
• Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through the recruitment process.
• Maintaining accurate records using the ATS.
• Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Sharing market insights and helping improve sourcing strategies.
