Job summary

Quickline Communications is offering a Talent Acquisition Apprentice role on a fixed-term 21-month contract at our Willerby office. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employer branding, attraction campaigns and onboarding while working towards a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship.

You will be supported by the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, explore recruitment technology and AI tools, and develop foundational skills for a long-term career in talent acquisition and employer

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities across talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Support employer branding and attraction campaigns, including social media.
• Learn recruitment tools and AI-based sourcing under guidance.
• Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to develop candidate experiences.
