Away Resorts Ltd is hiring a Take Away Delivery Driver/ Venue Cleaner at Sandy Balls Holiday Village, The New Forest. This part-time role offers evenings (5pm–9pm) with a £12.71 hourly rate and requires a full UK driving licence. You will deliver orders across the park and help keep venues clean and welcoming.

You'll work evenings, ensuring safe, friendly service and high cleaning standards, assisting guests and teams while maintaining the park's first-class guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver takeaway food across the park using a company van or golf buggy.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service when delivering orders.
• Ensure deliveries are safe, efficient and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Clean venue floors, tables, seating areas and other guest touchpoints.
• Clean and restock guest and team toilet facilities as required.
• Sweep, mop, wipe surfaces and perform general cleaning duties.
• Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to the manager.
• Help maintain high standards for guests and owners daily.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the move, takes pride in great customer service and has a keen eye for cleanliness. You'll play an important role in delivering takeaway food across the park and helping to keep our venues clean, tidy and welcoming for our guests.

What You'll be doing:

You'll help us deliver a fantastic guest experience by ensuring takeaway orders are delivered quickly, safely and with a smile. When deliveries are quiet, you'll support the team by maintaining high cleaning standards across our venues and facilities.

• Delivering takeaway food orders from our restaurant to guests staying across the park using a company van or golf buggy.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service when delivering orders to guests.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Cleaning venue floors, tables, seating areas and other guest touchpoints.
• Cleaning and restocking guest and team toilet facilities as required.
• Sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces and carrying out general cleaning duties to maintain high standards.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Helping us maintain the high standards we want our guests and owners to see every day.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

• A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Have an awareness of what clean means – which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well done.
• Have a friendly and helpful attitude – delightful when meeting guests and good at communicating within your team.
• Be reliable, organised and confident working independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors and driving around the park during evening shifts.
