Job summary

Market Harborough Church of England Academy is offering a part-time apprenticeship for 18 months, run in partnership with Learn Academies Trust. The apprentice will support class teachers with planning, delivery, and assessment while training with Leicestershire County Council toward a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

The role is term-time (39 weeks) with enhanced DBS checks and the right to work in the UK.

Job description

This part-time apprenticeship sits at Market Harborough Church of England Academy, part of Learn Academies Trust, and runs fixed term for 18 months. The core of the work is supporting class teachers with teaching and learning, from planning and delivering activities to working with small groups and individual pupils. The apprentice is employed by the academy while training with Leicestershire County Council towards a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, on a term-time pattern of 39 weeks. Visa sponsorship is not available.
