Burns & McDonnell seeks an Engineering Technical Director – Transmission & Distribution in the UK to lead the T&D engineering team, define technical vision, and drive rigorous design, QA/QC, and project delivery for high‑voltage EPC programs.

You will mentor engineers, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner with global peers to advance engineering excellence across Birmingham and Glasgow, shaping the next generation of technical leaders.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field; Professional Engineer is preferred.
Minimum thirteen years related professional experience.
Proven leadership in developing and implementing visions with positive impact.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex information.
