Job summary

Isle of Wight NHS Trust / Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust are launching the OneEPR programme and seeking a Business Change Analyst to lead change activities across multi-site locations. You will support the Programme Manager to deliver benefits, manage stakeholders, and embed new processes with senior teams.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong change management skills, and the ability to work across clinical and operational teams in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience required.
• Understanding of operational administrative and clinical processes across service areas.
• Change management certification or designation desired, ideally from a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse changes and benefits, provide reports and governance updates.
• Map stakeholders and assess readiness for change initiatives.
• Deliver updates to project boards and governance forums.
• Coach service leads and managers to drive system adoption.
• Develop and maintain a benefits realisation plan.
• Integrate change activities into project plans and milestones.
• Communicate change plans through workshops and presentations.
• Deputise for the Programme Manager when required.
