Job Opportunity: Systems Test Engineer

Expleo Engineering is recruiting a Systems Test Engineer on behalf of our client. This role involves operating environmental chassis emissions dynamometers, conducting vehicle pre-checks and preparations, managing emissions test benches, and preparing detailed test reports. The position also includes installation and instrumentation of test units. It is a contract role based at our client’s site in Warwick.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to define test requirements, consult on methodologies, and develop tailored procedures.
• Operate and maintain testing facilities, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and ISO standards (16949, 14001, etc.).
• Provide technical support and training to team members on equipment usage.

Required Skills:

• Experience with AVL SCADA, PUMA, CAMEO & ETAS INCA in engine test facilities.
• Proficiency in ICE emissions measurement and quality evaluation on test beds and chassis dynamometers.
• Experience in technical testing and evaluation of ICE systems, with solid engineering knowledge.
• Ability to assess and optimize test methodologies and facility capabilities.
• Strong understanding of laboratory equipment functionality and operational requirements.
