Job summary

Positiv Cohort Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Requirements Systems Engineer to drive the definition, structure and governance of system and software requirements for a high‑impact engineering programme. You will translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable and traceable requirements that underpin design, integration and validation.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements engineering within complex systems environments.
• Proven ability to deliver TRS / SRS documentation.
• Familiarity with verification, validation and simulation-based testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and refine system requirements to align with programme objectives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements.
• Develop and maintain a robust requirements governance framework.
• Own the creation and progression of TRS and SRS documents.
• Ensure full traceability between TRS and SRS across lifecycle stages.
• Support integration, test and simulation activities to validate requirements.
