CNH Industrial Group in Basildon is offering a 12-month internship in Systems Integration and Field Test starting July–August 2027. You will join a global team responsible for tuning, developing and integrating tractor systems, including subsystems like PTO, front suspension and engine management.

You will work with the European field test engineers team, prepare tractors and testing equipment for shipping, conduct vehicle tests with CNH tools, report concerns, and collaborate with design, test

Qualifications

• Currently studying a relevant degree and available for a 12-month placement.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook skills.
• Interest in machinery or farming is advantageous.
• Fluent English and good communication in writing and speaking.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing system and process issues across Europe.
• Work with European teams to resolve software issues.
• Modify software using diagnostic tools and programs.
• Follow test plans and report findings to your manager.
• Assist test engineers with field tests and setup of equipment.
• Prepare tractors and test gear for field shipping.
• Liaise with design, product management, aftersales and dealers.
• Travel to customer farms, test sites and CNH locations as needed.
