Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking an intern or co-op for 12 months at our Suffolk test facility. You will work on field-testing and precision tech validation, assisting with prototype tractors and the next generation of precision solutions.

The role involves travel to farms and CNH sites, with liaison across engineering, product management and aftersales. Ideal candidates are studying toward an engineering degree, have good tractor knowledge and hands-on electrical/electronic skills, and hold a valid

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in engineering or related field.
• Good practical knowledge of tractors and their applications.
• Full UK or Ireland driving license.

Responsibilities

• Assist test engineers with routine field tests and data collection.
• Prepare prototype tractors and test equipment for field deployment.
• Support validation activities at customer farms and sites.
• Assist in tuning AutoGuidance controls and related systems.
• Document technical findings and report issues for resolution.
• Travel to customer farms, test sites and CNH dealerships as required.
