Job Description

We have an exciting vacancy for a Systems / Integration Engineer within Leonardo's Comms and Force Protection line of Business. The role involves the development and delivery of integrated networked systems and supporting platform integration and testing.

This position can be based at either our Southampton or Basildon sites on a hybrid basis.

About The Role

This role focuses on network and system integration, with opportunities to engage in other aspects of complex system projects. It also offers potential for long-term growth within the company. You will use your skills to influence and build consensus among various stakeholders.

As a Systems Engineer, your responsibilities include designing, developing, and integrating networked security systems for strategic products. You will complete lab testing, documentation, and system delivery, ensuring full interoperability with other subsystems for customer delivery.

About You

Applicants should demonstrate experience or relevant training and qualifications, particularly in:

• IP Networking, routers, switching, firewalls
• Security disciplines
• System Engineer lifecycle
