Job summary

Rolls-Royce Derby is seeking a Systems Engineering & Verification Engineer to drive V&V activities and ensure requirements are robustly captured and validated. The role involves coaching engineering teams, defining verification plans, and guiding certification pathways within a multi-disciplinary environment.

You will interface with customers and partners to elicit requirements, craft enterprise solutions, and manage verification data to reduce risk while supporting the project schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree level in Engineering or equivalent unless the role is a technician role.
• Experience in relevant domain is preferred but not essential.
• Good communication, presentation skills and an ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface between external and internal customers to elicit and validate stakeholder requirements.
• Create an Enterprise Architecture solution serving business and technical needs.
• Set the Systems Engineering and Verification approach for the programme via management plans.

It covers engineers who are performing Development, Systems Engineering and Verification style roles.
