Ultra I&C in the UK seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive systems engineering across multi-discipline teams on defence programs. You will guide delivery, manage budgets, schedules and governance while shaping technical strategy and risk mitigation.

This on-site role requires deep knowledge of lifecycle processes (V, ISO 15288/24748), mentoring at least ten engineers, and willingness to travel within the UK.

Formación

• Proven engineering management, technical leadership and mentoring skills, overseeing a team of at least 10 multi-discipline engineers.
• Knowledge of the Systems Engineering lifecycle, V and development models (Iterative, Incremental, etc).
• Experience in strategy, planning and design of complex solutions, standalone or integrated with other systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver engineering for projects of varying sizes within budget, scope and schedule.
• Define, delegate and monitor cross-discipline engineering tasks across the project team.
• Ensure a systematic approach across required disciplines and support scheduling optimisations.
• Manage risk, change and stakeholder reporting; drive governance adherence.
• Provide input for business and customer reporting and represent the company on projects.
