Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Systems Engineer to support enterprise systems through research, design, systems engineering, and operational support. You will diagnose issues, collaborate with development and vendor teams, and help implement automation and change management across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering and operational support environments.
• Understanding of storage systems, Linux kernel, UNIX kernel, UNIX file systems, and Windows infrastructure.
• Knowledge of program installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with virtual server environments and thin client technologies.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation techniques.
• Understanding of system management and problem management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role
