The role requires 3+ years in Broadcast Technology, strong English, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Expect shift work and on-call rotations during live events, with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in technology, engineering, broadcast or related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Broadcast Technology in a support or engineering role.
• Experience with MAM and Post-Production tools.
• Extensive technical background in broadcast technologies (IP video, audio formats, etc.).

Responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily support WBD Sports as we transition to a hybrid technology architecture, enhancing our capabilities across Europe. You'll be part of a dynamic team based in London and Paris, managing engineering and support for our innovative broadcasting systems.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Provide Tier 2 Support: Manage tickets escalated from Level 0 and Level 1 support teams.
• Coordinate incident and problem follow-ups with internal and external teams.
• Plan maintenance activities and oversee upgrade phases.
• Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the platform.
