Job summary

Skydance is building a global media and entertainment technology hub. This role within the Global Technology & Operations team focuses on Tier 2 support and engineering for MAM and post‑production platforms in a hybrid on‑premises and cloud environment across Europe.

You will work with Eurosport and TNT Sports teams from London and Paris, shaping centralized workflows, documentation, and best practices while supporting live productions and complex broadcasts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, Broadcast, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• French language skills are desirable.
• Strong communications skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure supporting production teams during live events.

• Good understanding of IT technologies (network, virtualization, storage, cloud, security).
• Monitor emerging technologies to ensure scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support and engineering expertise for MAM and post-production platforms.
• Coordinate incidents and follow-ups with internal and external teams.
• Plan maintenance activities and coordinate upgrades and reboots.
• Monitor and maintain platform health and performance.
• Manage short-term engineering projects and collaborate with Tier 3 engineers.
• Gather workflow requirements from TNT Sports and Eurosport offices.
• Produce workflow, project and engineering documentation.
• Design centralized workflows across MAM and Post-Production platforms.
• Support users through change management and new projects implementation.

As part of the M2P Engineering team, this role provides Tier 2 support and engineeringexpertisefor MAM and post-production platforms within a virtualized hybrid on-premises and cloud environment.

Support:

• Tier2 support
• Manage tickets escalated from Level 0 and Level 1 support teams
• Coordinate incident and problem follow-up with internal and external teams
• Follow upupdate on platform day to day with the supportTier1
• Plan maintenanceactivities
• Upgrade phases and reboot action coordination
• Monitor andmaintainthe overall health and performance of the platform
