We create for every age and audience, anchored by the strength of our content and experiences and the depth of our connection with fans. We are creator-first, audience-focused, tech-forward, globally scaled.

Here, you’ll work with talented teams that move fast, think boldly and collaborate with purpose to deliver results. We aim high, champion the best ideas and win together, earning the trust of our employees, creators, partners and audiences every day.

If you’re energized by the opportunity to help build the next-generation global media and entertainment company powered by creativity and technology, we’d be thrilled to welcome you aboard. LET’S GO!

Is this role for you?

Reporting into the EMEA Snr. Director, you’ll lead the coordination of HR Administration, Master Data Management and Compliance activities across circa 11 English speaking countries in EMEA (UK, Ireland, Canada, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Israel).

You’ll help build a collaborative team culture that delivers excellent service in accordance with agreed scope of service, governance, policies, and service levels.

This is a key role in the HR Operations Team, where you’ll lead a team of up to 10 HR professionals in a central UK based HR Operations Team. You’ll be a credible and inspiring leader who enjoys collaborating with others to capitalise on continuous improvement opportunities, particularly those which enhance colleague experience and improve data quality.

You’ll partner closely with colleagues at all levels across both the HR function (including Payroll, HR Data Management, Reward, People Development, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and COEs) and the wider business. You’re a capable communicator who can spot opportunities to create global consistency and set clear expectations of both team members and stakeholders.

What you will be doing?

Deliver end-to-end HR activities associated with the employee life cycle efficiently and in line with payroll cut-offs and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

Plan ahead for peaks in workload by engaging stakeholders and proactively monitoring volume metrics

Use colleague and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities to improve our ways of working

Reduce key people dependencies through cross training and robust process definition

Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual audits, compliance checks and data quality activities, and carry out agreed remediations against a service management framework

Handle operational escalations and service failures, carrying out root cause analysis and remediation as required

Manage day to day line management of team members, including onboarding, quarterly and annual reviews, career conversations, performance conversations and quality measurement

Enhance Tier 0 self-service content to reduce the volume of colleague queries

Champion the correct and consistent use of HR global policies, processes, and technologies

Work collaboratively with the HR Specialist Manager and team responsible for Service Management, Change Projects, Training and Development, and Subject Matter Expertise in local specialist HR processes and technology. Change projects include changes to scope of service and enhancements

Deputise for other members of the HR Operations Leadership team as required.

What are we looking for?

Experience leading a team within an HR Operations or global business services environment underpinned by a tiered service delivery model

Hands-on experience with HR processes, including process mapping, process re-engineering, creation of desktop procedures, application of service level agreements, and definition of appropriate controls

Experience working with an HRIS SaaS platform to maximise data quality

Ability to cultivate a high-performance culture built on collaboration that actively promotes employee engagement

Ability to use data to inform priorities and focus on continuous improvement efforts

A natural curiosity and a drive to challenge the status quo by asking “why”

Experience building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use logic and data to influence decision making
