The role focuses on scalable architectures, profiling, and maintaining high-quality system design from overall architecture down to individual functions. Hybrid on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong C++ skills demonstrated across gaming projects.
• Experience with multithreading and performance-oriented design.
• Familiarity with software design patterns and architectures used in games.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-documented C++ code following project standards.
• Collaborate with Lead Systems Engineer to review, optimise, and adapt code.
• Work across departments to design and deliver key technical features.
• Build scalable, data-driven architectures within engine infrastructure.
• Profile and optimise code to meet performance targets.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable output from system design to functions.
