Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join a major UK defence programme in Bristol Filton on-site. You will develop, analyse and enhance system performance models and support decision-making across the product lifecycle.

You will work with MATLAB and Simulink, model and simulate system behaviour, contribute to design reviews, produce reports and collaborate with systems, software and hardware teams as part of a multidisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Experience developing models using MATLAB and Simulink.
• Background in systems engineering, modelling, simulation or performance analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work within a highly regulated engineering environment.

Responsibilities

Systems Engineer

- £85 per hour (£630 per day) Inside IR35
- 12 Month Contract (Extension Likely)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Systems Performance Modelling Engineer to join a major UK engineering and defence programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, mission-critical systems where modelling and simulation play a key role in shaping future capabilities.

Working within a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, analysing and enhancing system performance models, supporting technical decision-making across the product lifecycle.
