AIRBUS Defence and Space Limited is seeking an Architect - Systems or Software to shape secure geospatial software products across the full lifecycle. You will work on core geospatial data products for government and MOD projects, collaborating in an agile team with testers, developers, and project managers.
This role emphasizes security-by-design from the start, with opportunities to contribute across architecture, data processing, and product integration in a multidisciplinary environment.

There are no core hours on Friday afternoons. Employees may use this flexibility at their discretion, provided they fulfil their contractual working hours and meet business needs (such as urgent deadlines or client requirements)
This role will suit an inquisitive Architect - Systems or Software - who loves considering the different aspects of Software and Systems and how they interact and integrate with each other to create new and longstanding products and services. You will be working on the whole lifecycle, creating the core of our Geospatial and satellite data products.
This is a marvelous role for someone who considers security by design from the start, this is important as you will be working on Government and MOD projects , focusing on ISR solutions for Airbus Defence and Space . You will join a friendly multi functional team of professionals (testers, developers, lead engineers, project managers, product owner) who create the next generation of Secure Geospatial Software in a collaborative AGILE scrum environment.
