Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a skilled Systemic Psychotherapist to join the Compass Service within Children’s Services and lead high-quality therapeutic work with families facing complex needs.

You will deliver systemic therapy, influence safeguarding practices, and provide reflective spaces for staff, while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for children and families.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children, young people and families with complex needs.
• Skilled at applying systemic theory within safeguarding contexts.
• Confident in consultation, formulation and reflective practice facilitation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver specialist therapeutic interventions for children and families.
• Influence and strengthen practice across teams.
• Lead reflective and learning spaces to support practitioners.
• Support and supervise colleagues within the Compass Service.
