Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Systemic Family Therapist to join the East of England CYP Gender Service within the Paediatrics Department. The role requires extensive experience in psycho-social assessments and care for children and young people, with flexibility for part-time or mixed activities across related NHS services.

Competenze

• MSc./Post-graduate Diploma in Systemic Psychotherapy/Family Therapy.
• UKCP registered family therapist.
• Additional qualification in related profession (e.g. social work, nursing, clinical psychology).
• Current safeguarding training.
• Relevant specialist training in child/adolescent mental health or paediatrics.
• Advanced training in supervision.
• Leadership training.

• To deliver a high-quality psycho-social service within the East of England CYP Gender Service.
• To supervise systemic practitioners and all psychological therapists practicing systemically.
• Ensure governance, supervision, and CPD needs are addressed within the Service.
• Establish effective systems for outcome measurement, recruitment and appraisal.
