Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Systemic Family Therapist to join the East of England Children and Young People’s Gender Service within the Paediatrics Department. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and care for children and young people, and contribute to governance, supervision and service development.

The role offers potential part-time arrangements, with a mix of gender service activity and other clinical work, in a Trust recognized

Qualifications

• MSc/Post-graduate Diploma in Systemic Psychotherapy/Family Therapy is essential.
• UKCP registration as a family therapist is required.
• Additional qualification in a related profession (e.g. social work, nursing, clinical psychology) is desirable.
• Current safeguarding training is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psycho-social service with systematic governance.
• Provide clinical supervision and support for systemic practitioners and psychological therapists.
• Ensure systems for outcome measurement, recruitment, appraisal and CPD across the Service.
