Job summary

PHMG is seeking a System Support Specialist to support North American clients, ensuring seamless delivery and ongoing assistance for bespoke audio branding services on client telephony systems.

You will work with Account Managers to tailor strategy for uploading productions, manage cases through our CRM, and follow a detailed training plan to develop technical skills. Strong organisation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organised approach to workload and prioritisation.
• Experience working with multiple departments internally and externally.
• Experience in telecoms environment and/or support desk is a plus.
• Good telephone manner and customer-facing skills.
• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements and ticket management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Service & Support Team.
• Use Sound Pad to upload voicemail audio for clients.
• Call clients to perform sound checks and ensure correct audio playback.
• Call clients to set up two-factor authentication.
• Monitor sound check tool and shared inbox, add audio where needed.
