Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented System Engineer for our X-Ray products within R&D. The candidate will:

1. Design comprehensive frameworks, systems, or products.
2. Define processes for technical platforms, system specifications, and hardware/software compatibility.
3. Develop system interfaces and prototypes, analyze and resolve design issues.
4. Influence product development by contributing to architectural frameworks.
5. Provide expertise for next-generation developments.
6. Lead new product development in tool architecture and design.
7. Prepare requirements documents and participate in design reviews.
8. Support integration of Alpha and Beta tools, optimize configurations.
9. Transfer knowledge to production, develop calibration and testing procedures, and train support teams.
10. Characterize and integrate new components into existing platforms.

Qualifications

1. At least 2 years as a system or application engineer, preferably in Semiconductor metrology.
2. Strong understanding of motion control and high-accuracy systems.
3. Experience with optical systems.
4. PLC system experience is advantageous.
5. Self-starter capable of independent and team work.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to communicate clearly in English, including technical details and math descriptions.

Educational/Experience Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or physical sciences, or equivalent experience.
