Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Vault System Engineer, preferably located in one of our Flex or Anord Mardix locations, with remote options available.

Reporting to Head of Engineering Systems, the Vault System Engineer will undertake projects including introduction to new software, automation training, and supporting documentation of users as needed. You will work in a team, reporting and taking guidance from the Head of Engineering Systems. This role is suitable for someone with previous experience in an admin role of Engineering PDM software or in CAD reseller technical support roles.

Typical daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting with ongoing and new tasks assigned by the Head of Engineering Systems
• Supporting departments with integration to Engineering systems
• Optimizing systems for efficiency and output
• Debugging and maintaining engineering systems
• Deploying software
• Coding within Autodesk Inventor ilogic / VBA
• Testing, debugging, and solving problems in systems and projects
• Assisting in data audits to ensure compliance with business processes

Desired experience:

• Knowledge of CAD software and Autodesk Inventor / Revit / Vault
• Experience with Excel macros/VBA is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Methodical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Experience with Autodesk Vault Professional and Autodesk Revit/Electrical
• Experience with code writing such as ilogic and VBA
• Strong IT skills
• Previous CAD technical support experience
