Greencore Group plc is seeking a Systems Associate to join our Learning Team. You will administer and maintain content, users and data within the LMS and related systems across the organisation.

The role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, promoting best practices in Learning & Development, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-moving, multi-site UK environment.

Whatyou’llbe doing

We areseekingaSystemsAssociate to join our Learning Team.

The key purpose of this role is to administer andmaintainexisting content,usersand data within the current LMS and other systems such as Group LMS, Performance and Goals, Succession and Planning etc for the entire organisation.

You will also be expected to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, to build credibility and become a trusted partner

What we are looking for

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all internal customers, acting as their first point of contact.

Driven and enthusiastic about Learning & Development, with a focus on promoting best practice and introducing new ways of working.

Comfortable working at pace and adapting to a fast-moving environment, witha“get it right, keep it right”mindset.

Willing and able to travel to other UK sites or locations whenrequired.

A strong teamplayer who collaborates effectively and is motivated to contribute to continuous improvement.

Highly organised, with strong task and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Demonstrates at least intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills, with a focus on knowledge, efficiency,speedand accuracy.

High attention to detail, particularly in relation to grammar,punctuationand numerical accuracy.

Able to work effectively under pressure whilemaintaininga logical,structuredand methodical approach.
