Job Description:

Purpose: The Workday finance administrator will support day-to-day operations for Workday finance and Adaptive Planning, including responding to tickets from the Finance and P2P teams via Easyvista.

You will build relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues to understand and resolve their queries related to the Workday system.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with Workday (or other ERP systems) and eager to deepen their knowledge in Workday.

You will be part of the Workday competence centre team, providing post go-live support and enhancements for Workday solutions, supporting and expanding our Workday finance deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Workday finance system across the business.
• Support users and develop documentation of system configurations and processes.
• Maintain and administer Workday finance.
• Implement configuration changes and support new system features.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to meet their requirements.
• Create documentation to facilitate system change adoption.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or related field.
• Experience with Workday administration, configuration, and optimization (certification is a plus).
• Knowledge of Workday/ERP project processes.
• Understanding of financial systems and processes.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Workday systems.
• Experience supporting Workday finance systems.
• Experience in international organizations.
• Understanding of data security within Workday.
• Technical background across multiple technologies.
• Experience in finance and/or IT functions.
• Knowledge of property sector is a plus.
