Job Role: System Analyst - Workday Finance

Location:

Doncaster, United Kingdom

Hours:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Purpose of the Role:

The Workday finance administrator will support day-to-day operations for Workday finance and Adaptive Planning, responding to tickets from the Finance and P2P teams via Easyvista.

You will build relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues to understand and resolve their queries related to Workday.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with Workday (or other ERP systems) and eager to deepen their knowledge in Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Workday finance system across the business.
• Support users and manage system configurations and integrations.
• Document system processes and configurations.
• Support system changes and new features.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to meet their requirements.
• Create documentation for system changes.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or related field.
• Experience with Workday administration and configuration; certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Workday/ERP project processes.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Workday systems.
• Experience supporting finance systems, preferably in an international organization.
• Understanding of data security within Workday.
• Technical background across multiple technologies.
• Experience in finance and IT functions.
• Knowledge of the property sector is a plus.
