Job Role: System Analyst - Workday Finance

Location: London

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

The Workday finance administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support for Workday finance and Adaptive Planning, including responding to tickets raised from across the Finance and P2P teams on Easyvista.

You will build relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues to understand and resolve their queries regarding our Workday system.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with Workday (or other ERP systems) and eager to deepen their knowledge in Workday.

In this role, you will be part of the Workday competence centre team, providing post go-live support and enhancements for Workday solutions as we expand our deployment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage Workday finance system configuration and optimisation across the business.
• Support Workday finance users daily.
• Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Administer and maintain Workday finance.
• Support configuration changes and new system features.
• Provide technical and functional support for finance business processes.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to understand requirements and challenges.
• Create documentation for system changes adoption.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or related field.
• Experience with Workday administration, configuration, and optimization (certification a plus).
• Knowledge of Workday/ERP project processes.
• Understanding of financial systems and processes.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Workday systems.
• Experience in a Workday finance support role.
• Experience with international organisations.
• Understanding data security principles and implementing security in Workday.
• Technical background in multiple technologies.
• Experience in finance and/or IT functions.
• Knowledge of property sector is a plus.
