We are seeking instructors for various platforms including Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation, and Challenger. We will enhance your existing aviation experience and develop you into a world-class Synthetic Flight Instructor and subject matter expert, capable of leading clients through their training — all with the benefit of spending less time away from home.
You will collaborate with our client partners, providing expert Synthetic Flight instruction. Some classroom-based instruction and the maintenance of accurate trainee records will also be required. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art synthetic training equipment and the latest aircraft technologies.
You will thrive on mentoring and developing colleagues from diverse backgrounds and be passionate about delivering high-quality training. A strong customer focus and ability to create a welcoming, productive training environment are essential.
The position is based at our Burgess Hill Training Centre, requiring a commitment to work onsite five days per week. Please note that a training bond, determined by experience and ratings, applies to this role.
