Job Opening: Synthetic Flight Instructor

As a global leader in Civil Aviation training, our Business Aviation Training Division is expanding. We are seeking full-time Synthetic Flight Instructors for our Burgess Hill (West Sussex) Training Centre. If you are a Professional Pilot with a passion for training and a background in aviation, we want to hear from you!

The Role

We are hiring instructors for platforms including Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation, and Challenger. You will leverage your aviation experience to become a world-class Synthetic Flight Instructor, leading client training sessions. Your responsibilities include working with state-of-the-art synthetic training equipment, providing expert instruction, classroom teaching, and maintaining accurate trainee records.

Candidate Profile

• Hold a UK, EASA, or ICAO equivalent license
• Have 1500+ hours of total multi-pilot time or 500+ hours of SP hours
• Recent instructional experience; TRI/TRE/SFI/SFE or teaching experience is desirable
• Experience in business aviation platforms is a plus but not essential
• Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills
• Ability to adapt training to diverse client needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
• Fluent in English
• Flexible to work a 5-day-on/2-days-off schedule
• Reside within 30 miles of Burgess Hill or willing to arrange local accommodation
• Eligible to live and work in the UK or EU
