Description of Your Role
Seeking a motivated molecular/synthetic biologist to join our London-based team in August 2025 for a 24-month grant-funded project in Women’s Health. You will work closely with bioinformaticians and microbiologists to develop enzyme-based therapeutics targeting anaerobic pathogens.
Your main activities include conducting assays to discover, design, produce, purify, and characterize candidate proteins against clinical vaginal pathogens.
What You’ll Do in This Role
Identify enzyme libraries via our Zeus platform, refactor gene sequences, design recombinant production strategies, and purify proteins in high-throughput formats.
Responsibilities include vector and primer design, cloning, protein expression optimization, purification, validation, data recording, and interpretation to support project goals.
