Job summary

Asset Finance International is partnering with a leading asset finance organisation to recruit a Syndications Executive in the UK. Hybrid role based in the South East with three days a week in Bracknell or Basingstoke, offering excellent salary, bonus and benefits.

You will support the syndications director and team across origination, assessment and execution of opportunities, build funding partner relationships, and contribute to portfolio and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Financial services experience, asset finance and leasing preferred.
• In‑country experience required.
• Strong Excel and numeracy demonstrated.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Syndications Director and team in syndication activities.
• Execute syndication and secondary market purchase transactions.
• Identify and research new funding and syndication opportunities.
• Develop relationships with funding partners and internal Sales teams.
• Assist assessment of incoming transactions and funding requirements.
• Prepare presentations, reports and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Credit and Operations.
• Support portfolio reviews and market intelligence activities.
• Maintain transaction records, pipeline reporting and MI.
• Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements.
