Job summary

J.P. Morgan in the UK is seeking an Execution Coordinator to support the EMEA WLS Originations team.

You will manage syndicated and bilateral loan origination processes, ensuring operational feasibility, accurate data, and timely collaboration with Deal Teams, Credit Risk, Legal, KYC, and Lenders. You will interact with internal and external partners across regions, uphold control standards, and contribute to project initiatives to improve efficiency and execution quality within the WLS

Qualifications

• Experience in loan operations/transaction management, especially origination.
• Ability to review legal loan documentation (Credit Agreements) to identify key operational info.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of leading initiatives and meeting milestones in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across management and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Origination Pipeline system and ensure real-time recording of transaction details.
• Extract critical deal information from credit agreements for filing in systems.
• Coordinate Borrower KYC completion ahead of signing/funding.
• Maintain process documentation and upload in a timely manner.
• Assign deals and resolve or redirect queries from the mailbox.
