Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Execution Coordinator Associate in the Wholesale Lending Services Middle Office. The role supports syndicated and bilateral loan execution, coordinating with Deal Teams, Credit Risk, Legal, KYC, and Lenders to ensure operational feasibility and proper documentation.

You will work across regions, handling real-time data, process documentation, and cross-border coordination to ensure accurate systems recording and timely execution in a control-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan operations, lending, agency/loan servicing, or transaction support.
• Comfortable reading legal loan documentation to locate key operational terms with guidance.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; able to build clear trackers and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Origination Pipeline system with real-time recording of transaction details.
• Extract critical deal information from credit agreements and record it in Firm systems.
• Liaise with Transaction Coordinators to ensure Borrower KYC completion ahead of signing/funding.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and upload periodically.
• Monitor group mailbox and route queries according to processes.
• Collaborate across Operations and wider WLS teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Build and maintain relationships across WLS teams.
• Participate/lead projects to improve process efficiency and control.
