Base Pay Range

Are you an analytical and strategic thinker with experience in underwriting, financial planning, or actuarial work? Do you possess strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships? If yes, this opportunity might be perfect for you!

Your New Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Managing Agents to assess underwriting performance and identify and mitigate issues. You will also assist in the approval and monitoring of Syndicate Business Plans, ensuring they are logical, realistic, and achievable.

What You'll Need to Succeed

You should have extensive knowledge of the (re)insurance market, a good understanding of business economics, experience in portfolio management, and an understanding of how it operates within syndicate business plans. You must be able to have challenging and influencing conversations with senior executives such as CUO and Heads of Underwriting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
