In support of the Amazon Advertising business, the Ad Success Team (AST) is building a group of energetic and highly motivated Campaign Specialists. As a Campaign Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible for helping them meet their advertising goals via opportunity identification and account optimization. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to test internal tools, gather and share insights with internal product and engineering teams.

To succeed in this role, you should use your analytical skills to help advertisers grow their existing business and develop new opportunities. You will be responsible for meeting business goals and will be measured on key metrics aligned with sales and account management team objectives. You need to be technically savvy with an interest in online advertising, good at data analysis, well-organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills. Self-motivation to engage with advertisers via calls to explain optimization strategies and resolutions is essential. The ideal candidate is committed to customer success and has a proven track record of exceeding goals.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Managing a portfolio of Standard and High-Value advertiser accounts.
  2. Working in rotational shifts and proactively making outbound calls to generate leads.
  3. Leading kickoff calls with advertisers and driving discussions using a preset agenda.
  4. Analyzing account performance to identify, recommend, and implement optimization solutions.
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve Amazon Advertising products based on customer feedback and data analysis.
  6. Collaborating with external teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve issues affecting advertiser performance.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline.
  • Over 2 years of experience in sales/marketing.
  • Experience managing global clients and achieving performance goals.
  • Excellent English and Japanese communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Digital Advertising or related fields.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industries.
  • Passion for online advertising with a proven results track record.
  • Skills in data interpretation and business recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in data analysis through professional or educational experience.
  • Google AdWords/Bing Ads certification is a plus.
