In support of the Amazon Advertising business, the Ad Success Team (AST) is building a group of energetic and highly motivated Campaign Specialists. As a Campaign Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible for helping them meet their advertising goals via opportunity identification and account optimization. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to test internal tools, gather and share insights with internal product and engineering teams.
To succeed in this role, you should use your analytical skills to help advertisers grow their existing business and develop new opportunities. You will be responsible for meeting business goals and will be measured on key metrics aligned with sales and account management team objectives. You need to be technically savvy with an interest in online advertising, good at data analysis, well-organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills. Self-motivation to engage with advertisers via calls to explain optimization strategies and resolutions is essential. The ideal candidate is committed to customer success and has a proven track record of exceeding goals.
