Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a skilled Synchronisation Engineer to join the power generation team. You will commission, test, maintain, and optimise generator synchronisation systems, ensuring safe operation in parallel with mains infrastructure.

The role involves working with customers and project teams to deliver resilient power solutions across industrial and standby applications, with on-site responsibilities and a focus on high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Installation.
• Experience with generator synchronisation and load sharing is preferred.
• Knowledge of control systems and commissioning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Commission and configure generator synchronisation and load-sharing controls.
• Perform FAT/SAT and final commissioning activities.
• Diagnose faults and support on-site maintenance for reliability.
• Liaise with DNOs/ICP s and customers for project delivery.
• Produce detailed commissioning reports and records.
