The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Switchboard Operator to join our 24/7 switchboard team serving RUH and the wider community. You will handle diverse enquiries with care, routing calls accurately and transferring messages using our paging systems.
We value excellent communication, discretion, and the ability to support anxious patients and staff across languages and accessibility needs.
As a Switchboard Operator, you will work as part of a dedicated team delivering a 24/7 switchboard service for the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust and the wider community.
