Job summary

East Riding Leisure Hornsea is seeking an enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to deliver Wednesday evening and Saturday morning lessons. The role supports the STA Learn to Swim programme and helps learners of all ages gain water confidence.

You will run structured, engaging sessions, manage time efficiently and provide excellent customer relations, contributing to a positive experience for every swimmer.

Qualifications

• Be familiar with the STA International Learn to Swim Programme.
• Deliver fun, engaging and structured lessons.
• Excellent time management and customer relations.
• Be passionate about delivering outstanding lessons and creating a positive experience for all learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, structured swimming lessons on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
• Support learners through the STA Learn to Swim progression.
• Maintain punctuality, safety and great customer relations with parents and participants.

The ideal candidate will be required to:

• Deliver fun, engaging and structured lessons.
• Be familiar with the STA International Learn to Swim Programme.
• Have excellent time management skills and customer relations.
• Be passionate about delivering outstanding lessons and creating a positive experience for all learners.

This is a key role in helping hundreds of children and adults develop confidence in the water, learn vital life skills and enjoy swimming.
